Nutrition Consultations*
 Please note: There is a charge of 50% of the hourly visit fee for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
 
  • Private consultations: 
    $95 per hour when payment made in cash at time of service.

Initial consultations are typically 90 minutes. Please keep in mind that much of the time spent during the initial visit is for the purpose of gathering information only.

  • Guided grocery shopping trips: $125

I will accompany you on a shopping trip at the grocery store of your choice. I will provide clues for understanding food labels and help you choose products that best fit your new healthy lifestyle goals.

  • In-home consultations: $125 per hour (1 hour minimum)

The same services are provided in-home as are provided in the office. An in-home consultation can be great for a busy professional or someone with small children at home. I can also help with meal planning and writing your grocery shopping list.

Please note: There are a limited number of in-home appointments available per week. In-home consults are available in Seattle and surrounding area, please call for exact geographic limitations.

  •  3-Day Computerized Diet Analysis: $85

 

*I currently accept insurance coverage through Aetna, Premera Blue Cross, First Choice, the LifeWise Health Plan of Washington, Regence Blue Shield and United Healthcare. A sliding fee scale is available for those paying in cash. Please call the number on the back of your health insurance card to confirm if nutrition services are part of your health coverage. I am unfortunately unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid.

3, 6, or 12 Month Options  
 
  • 3 - Month Program: $375 (discount of $165). Includes an Initial Evaluation, three check-ins, and a program wrap-up. Also includes computerized diet analysis provided at week 4 and at end of program.
 
  • 6 - Month program: $575 (discount of $205). Includes an Initial Evaluation, six check-ins, and a program wrap-up. Also includes computerized diet analysis provided at week 4, week 12, and at end of program.
 
  • 12 - Month program: $905 (discount of $275). Includes an Initial Evaluation, twelve check-ins, and a program wrap-up. Also includes computerized diet analysis provided at week 4, week 12, week 24 and at end of program.
 
Group Speaking Engagements
 
  • $150 per hour
